Built on a bold mash bill of 66% corn, 24% rye, and 10% malted barley, this bourbon is first aged for three years in new American oak barrels, then finished with French oak staves for an additional three months. The result is a rich, full-bodied whiskey with a big mouthfeel that amplifies the spicy character of the high rye content. Notes of mocha, caramel, and toasted oak come together in a smooth, layered finish.
